Above and Beyond

I had my air ducts cleaned as well as a filter upgrade and new water softener installed. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, courteous, responsive, and flexible when I needed to reschedule. They did great work, too. On cleaning/install day, I made the mistake of letting my cat out of her secure room when the crew broke for lunch. She found her way into an open floor vent that I missed (thankfully, I saw her tail disappear into the vent so I knew it had happened). When they got back from lunch, the guys went above and beyond trying to help me locate and get her back out with their camera scope and from below in the crawl space with no luck. I halted the cleaning in hopes she'd emerge when they left and it was quiet. It took a couple of hours, but she did find her way back out and served as an unplanned quality inspector of the work done because she wasn't very dirty! 🙂 Thank you to all for going above and beyond while I panicked. I appreciate the office's concern and follow up to check on the feline explorer's status and everyone's help to ensure I remain a satisfied customer. I am.

Christmas Miracle

Our furnace is fixed! Shout out to Jackson from Trouble-Free Heating and Cooling. The young man drove from Pekin in a blizzard and got it fixed in about an hour. As he was here, his boss called and said we were the last service call and that they're shutting down due to weather. It was truly a Christmas miracle come early. We've used Trouble-Free for years and they are amazing. I can't recommend them enough. Great people.

Consistent and thorough

We originally started with Trouble Free Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc. when we had some kind of issue awhile back. We called them out a couple different times and then ended up on their maintenance agreement plan. Now, they come out on a regular basis for the service maintenance agreement and they check the filters and make sure everything is running okay. This last time they were out, they ended up having to fix something that they found during the service call. When they call to set up appointments for the service agreement, it has been my experience that they really work with you on the time that is convenient for you. The driver always calls ahead of arriving, and they arrive in the timeframe that they say they will arrive in. The timeframe is like a 30-minute window rather than a four-hour window. They put things back if they have to move them and those little things can really make a difference. They have been great for both emergencies or regular maintenance, and it hasn't always been the same person to respond, but the quality of the person has always been the same - very professional, polite, and thorough.
